The staff always have a positive attitude and are always helpful- they are very diligent! The place is very clean with a colorful modern style. The seating is not too close together, and you have walking room. You will be treated like friends when you come here and leave here happy and full! ”

I did a catering order this week for a group of 25 and it was perfect! So much yummy food, good variety, and just the best communication experience. I got some spicy basil beef to-go with some fried rice and it was hot and fresh when they gave it to me(they also gave me a side of sauce). Not to mention, it's delicious!! “ If you like sushi then you will love Bluefin! Sushi is a specialty but they also offer hibachi grilling, bowls, and plates so anyone should have no problem finding something they prefer. The staff all work hard and are very attentive. Inside the building they have created a positive atmosphere that shows part cultural heritage and part local community friends or partners. They definitely look to be involved in the local community, especially involving children. Visited again almost a year later and the food is still amazing, hard working staff and a beautifully decorated atmosphere. Very busy but got us seated, food ordered and eating within 25 minutes! Ate here again on 01/18/2024. We did wait for just a few minutes but then got seated. They have a sign up explaining that they are short staffed but we didn't notice any delay doing our time there. We ordered from the lunch menu and it was a treat because we are typically here for the evening. Turns out the service was as good as the food. Sushi rolls were great, meats were fresh and tasty, veggies were top notch as usual! The ginger salad was perfect, just needed about twice as much! The restaurant is located in a shopping mall near the middle. Parking can be spread out over the entire building but is not as far away as it looks. ”

Their sushi is absolutely amazing with great portion sizes and is always visual pleasing as well if you’re the kind of person who likes to take pictures. The service is great and the staff are all very kind and quick. You never have to wait too long to get your food and they have a very large selection on the menu of various asian cuisine to choose from. I 100% would recommend Bluefin to who is looking for something to eat in Gainesville. ”
